Playful post-apocalypse-dreamscapes boast feelings of joy alongside feelings of impending doom. The processes of destroying, concealing, and re-constructing material and imagery result in a juxtaposition between rigor and ephemerality. By fostering multiplicities of, often, oppositional logic the definitive is discarded. The lack of an explicitly prescribed narrative, the repetitive use of American symbols and indexes and the excess of visual information coerces a ride through the process of organized chaos. Ultimately, the viewer embraces the dis-functional, yet highly organized and comfortably familiar late-capitalist spaces.
